HOW TO STAY YOUNG


1. Throw out nonessential numbers. This includes age, weight and height. Let the doctors worry about them. That is why you pay 'them'

Keep only cheerful friends. The grouches pull you down..

3.
Keep learning. Learn more about the computer, crafts, gardening, whatever. Never let the brain idle. 'An idle mind is the devil's workshop.'

4. Enjoy the simple things.

Laugh often, long and loud. Laugh until you gasp for breath.

6.
The tears happen. Endure, grieve, and move on. The only person, who is with us our entire life, is ourselves. Be ALIVE while you are alive.

7.
Surround yourself with what you love , whether it's family, pets, keepsakes, music, plants, hobbies, whatever. Your home is your refuge.

8.
Cherish your health: If it is good, preserve it. If it is unstable, improve it.. If it is beyond what you can improve, get help.

9.
Don't take guilt trips. Take a trip to the mall, even to the next county; to a foreign country but NOT to where the guilt is.

10.
Tell the people you love that you love them, at every opportunity.

AND ALWAYS REMEMBER :
Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take,
but by the moments that take our breath away.

And if you don't send this to at least 8 people - who cares?

Under the 'ang mo' we all live happily together, no complain.
Malaysia & Singapore is one big family in our brains.
One day we both like 2 durians cannot get along.

Wah! Our towkay also cry like mad,

So 'boh pian,' we all work day and night.
We also join the army so that we can fight.
We don't care others 'see us no up'.
But actually inside we very pain in the heart.

Now others talk about us also got some respect.
They scratch their heads and say 'Very funny!

Got nothing how come they can still make money?'

Last time also got no money to buy ice-cream cone.
Nowadays even small kids can also afford hand phone.

We all hear already also 'buay tahan'
Wah liao, they think we small can makan!
But now they 'cow pay cow bu' we all not very scared.
We want to build water desalination plant already so not so bad.
But their own economy now all go bust.
Got to sell water otherwise money no enough.
Then another neighbor say Singapore no friend friend,
Got so much money, a bit more also donno how to lend.

They say we all only one small red dot,
Like the center of a big dartboard.
Maybe they think we mouse and they cat,
That's why they suka suka anyhow talk like that.
But we all still send them a lot of rice.
Show the world we actually very very nice.
Sometimes we 'cho ho sim' also kena whack.
But we all gentleman wan, don't want to fight back.
I think hor maybe they don't understand us very well.

請大家多吃含有這些有效成份的食物,讓身體內蠢蠢欲動的癌細胞多多睡覺。
下午參加了一場小型國際研討會,其中有一位目前在美國癌症中心的戴 博士"IsCancerCurable?"(癌症是否能治癒?)為題,分享了他對癌細胞生長動力學的研究結果。
癌症最令人害怕的就是metastasis轉移!)。
原生癌並不會讓病人死亡,然而一旦癌細胞轉移,它們在其它組織器官內的興風作浪就讓病人逐漸(或是很快速)的走向死亡。但是,為什麼有些癌細胞已轉移的病人卻未繼續惡化?
日本曾解剖研究了幾十位無病痛往生的!90-103歲老人,
發現他們每一位體內都有不少的癌細胞。!但是,為什麼他們的癌細胞沒有造成身體的病痛?
戴博士和幾位癌症研究學者發現,癌細胞在活躍一段時間後會進入「休眠期」,休眠一段時間後又再度活躍,興風作浪。「休眠期」越長,病人能存活的時間就越長,甚至不發生令人害怕的「轉移」。
現在醫學界積極的在研究拖延癌細胞「休眠期」的方法,包括利用藥物和飲食。

Apples Work Magic on Bad Cholesterol

It raises good cholesterol, lowers bad cholesterol and contributes to weight loss. So what is this miracle substance? An apple.

"I consider apples a magic food," said Bahram H. Arjmandi, Ph.D., director for the Center for Advancing Exercise and Nutrition Research on Aging at Florida State University. "Apples are not my favorite food, but I buy a bag a week and try to eat two per day. I am convinced this is what I should do if I want to remain healthy."

According to Arjmandi, apple pectin -- the white stuff under the skin -- binds to cholesterol in the gut and ferries it out of the body. This is well-known, but what surprised Arjmandi is how much cholesterol a couple of apples can remove from the body.

In one recent study, he divided 160 women between the ages of 45 and 65 into two groups. One group ate 75 grams of dried apple per day -- about 2 1/2 ounces -- while the other ate the same amount of dried prunes. To his amazement, the women who ate apples experienced a 23 percent decrease in LDL "bad" cholesterol, and increased their HDL "good" cholesterol by 3 percent to 4 percent -- a boost difficult to achieve with drugs or exercise.

The women who ate the dried prunes experienced no such effects on their cholesterol, although another study found that women who ate 10 prunes per day, while taking calcium and vitamin D supplements, had higher bone density in their forearms and spine than women who ate apples.

Cholesterol is manufactured in the liver. Statin drugs, such as Lipitor and Crestor, reduce cholesterol very effectively by blocking an enzyme needed to make it. The problem is that statins can be hard on the liver, which is why people who take them must have a blood test periodically to make sure their liver is not becoming irritated and inflamed.

"The liver is one of the largest organs in the body, and it can remain pretty functional if only 50 percent of it stays healthy," said Arjmandi. "You do not see an abnormality in the blood unless you do substantial damage to the liver. Drugs have their place, but if you have to check your liver enzymes, that means the drug is doing something not so good for you, and I don't understand why we would go for drug therapies when eating two apples a day reduces LDL cholesterol so effectively. Eat apples and you not only don't harm your liver, but you substantially benefit your health."

So why aren't apples prescribed for high cholesterol as avidly as statin drugs?

Statins account for about 6.5 percent of all drug sales in the U.S., according to Forbes magazine, and earn drug companies about $26 billion per year.

"You'd have to sell a lot of apples to make that kind of money," Arjmandi said. "If the drugs earn that kind of money, why would a business bother with apple pectin?"

Think about your parents now!

The time is now.  It is better to give them a little now than to give them the world when they are gone
The world is full of sons and daughters like you and me
 
I had a marvelous mother, who loved me,  Sacrificed for me and helped me in every way possible.
 
In all of my growing up from childhood through  School and eventually marriage,  My mother was always at my side.
 
And when I needed help with my little ones, she was there for me.
A few years ago, we buried this wonderful woman.
Can you imagine how I felt when I returned home and
Found a poem in her drawer, written by my mom:
 
The time is now
If you are ever going to love
Love me now while I can know
The sweet and tender feelings
Which from true affection flow
Love me now while I am living
Do not wait until I am gone
And then have it chiseled in marble
Sweet words on ice-cold stone
If you have tender thoughts of me

So if you love me, even a little bit

Now she is gone and I am sick with guilt

Worse yet, I did not treat her as she deserved to be treated.
 
I found time for everyone and everything else

It would have been easy to drop in for a cup of tea
And a hug but my friends came first.
 
Would any of them have done for me what my mother did?
I know the answer.
 
When I called mom on the phone, I was always in a hurry.
 
I feel ashamed when I think of the times I cut her off,
The times I retorted back to her,
The times I glared at her in an angry mood when she wanted to correct me and guide me through the correct path.
I remember too, the times I could have included her in a trip out and did not.
 
My children loved Grandma from the times they were babies.
They often turn to her for comfort and advice.

She understood them.
I realize now that I was too critical,
Too short-tempered, too stingy with praise.
Grandma gave them unconditional love.
The world is filled with sons, daughters and a child like me.
I hope they see themselves in this letter and realise from it.
 
If this has touched you, please pass it on to all the sons and Daughter who have to praise their mom for everything they are today.
Reflections
This story highlights that we must do whatever we can when our parents are alive to appreciate what we say or do, however little that may be.
Very often we are willing to spend thousands to give them a grand funeral with the most elaborate preparations and expensive coffins and so on. We are willing have memorials without fail year after year. We give alms in memory of our late parents but we could not afford to spend some time with them when they were with us before their death.
 
We were too busy with our lives.
How much do we treasure our parents? They may not be perfect but it is undeniable that they deserve more than what we are doing for them now.
We may be cruel to them or we may even be criminals but to our parents we are still good children and they continue to justify why have become bad.
They blame everybody else for their children being bad except them as they believe their children cannot have gone bad by themselves.
Nobody in the world does that. Many will flock to us when we are in a position to give but none when we are down and out. Our parents are the only ones who will be there with us and for us whether we are good or bad, up or down till their last breaths.
Let us search our hearts to see where we have placed our parents in it. If they are not in our hearts it is time to make a place for them there now.
If they already there as in many of us, it is time to give them a little more. Let us not do something or fail to do it that we will regret later as it will be too late.

醫生如果得了癌症,他們不會做化療:

癌症在幾十年前早就有解了,只是真相一直被隱瞞,直到網際網路的發展,這個的解答才漸漸流傳開來。如果你有癌症,最重要的就是要在短期內儘可能攝取到最大量的維他命B17

在七百億美元的化療工業的今天,依靠癌症討生活的人數比死於癌症的人還多。許多醫生個人對癌症的觀點,與大眾所認知的資訊,有如天壤地別。「如果他們自己得了癌症,他們不會做化療!即使癌細胞對化療有反應,但是腫瘤局部或完全 的縮小,並不會延長病人的存活率。有時候癌症復發反而更加肆虐,因為化療助長抗療癌細胞的生成。」
畢爾德及克雷布斯父子發現,身體內有許多細胞還處於原生胚胎期的階段,這些細胞是用來修復 組織的,依照特別的形態遺傳刺激,它們可以分化為身體的任何組織、器官、血液、或頭髮。當我們的身體受到損害,動情激素便會刺激這些細胞來修復受傷的地方,修復好了則由胰腺酵素來關掉修復工程。
如果沒有關掉這個修復動作,這些細胞就會因不斷地漫無法紀的分裂修復而形成腫瘤或癌症。換言之,癌症是身體自己產生的,而非外來物而且它可以名正言順的以修復工程的名義來逃避免疫系統的監視。

這時飲食中如 有足夠的維他命B17,它就能提供了身體的第二道防線。如果免疫系統低落,又沒有攝取足夠的維他命B17,癌症就慢慢潛伏形成。
美國每年約有800萬人住院,其中有32萬人是因為醫療意外造成,4萬人死亡,2萬人永久傷害。
當然也有許多醫師在其崗位上競競業業,以病人的健康為第一優先。
代謝療法也可以治療動物的癌症,野生動物很少得癌症,現代人飼養的

動物因為飲食,沒有攝取足夠的維他命B17,所以容易罹癌。
常見貓狗生病時,他們都到外面去吃草,這是動物的本能,我們人類的本能呢?

杏仁的用法
克雷布斯Dr. Krebs博士建議成人每日10粒來預防癌症,每日30-50粒為癌症病人的營養補充品。
少數癌症病人吃了杏仁會有噁心反應,診療中心建議減少食用量,讓身體適應後再漸漸增加份量。
並非所有的杏仁都有效,必須是帶點苦味,才表示確實含有維他命B17,例如中藥中的北杏即含有維他命B17
其他含豐富維他命B17的有:
桃子種仁、蘋果種籽、美國棗子種仁、李子種仁、櫻桃種仁、及油桃種仁。
其他含有B17的食物還包括:
小米millet、蕎麥buckwhear、夏威夷豆macadamia nuts、竹筍、綠豆、利馬豆、青豆、某些品種的豌豆等等。如果無法買到酵素,可由我們日常的食物中攝取。

食物中含有胰島酵素的有木瓜及鳳梨癌症病人最好每天食用木瓜及半個鳳梨
化學合成的維生素C可能有問題,所以最好從食物中攝取,或購買天然植物提煉的維生素C
醫師要求他的病人吃素及改變飲食習慣,不准吃肉,他認為病人已經缺乏胰臟酵素了,不能再吃肉來消耗更多的胰臟酵素,缺乏胰島酵素,癌症細胞就可以躲過免疫系統的監視。
如果他的病人偷偷吃肉、或回家後繼續原來不正常的飲食習慣,癌症就會復發,病人又回來找他。
如果來得及,他再使用維他命B17及代謝療法治療病人,病情又好轉回家,通 常病人這時真的學乖了,不敢再吃動物製品。
古老的中國、希臘、羅馬和阿拉伯醫生,用苦杏仁酐治腫瘤,中醫傳統上用苦杏仁的劑量是3-9公克沖泡,因苦杏仁有毒性,過量可中毒致死。
最方便的來源則是水果的種仁。
癌症為慢性代謝疾病是無庸置疑的。它不是由病毒或細菌所引發的傳染病,而是源於代謝問題,和身體的食物利用有關。
大多數的代謝病主要基於食物中缺乏某種特定的維生素及礦物質。
由於飲食中缺乏這種抗癌變的維他命B17,我們的社會每三個家庭就有一個人得癌症。而實際上的發生率可能更高,原因是等到癌症能被測出來,該病人其實罹癌已經很久了;也有很多病 人身上早有癌症,但是在它長到被測出來之前,病人死於意外或其他因素。
慢性及代謝病永遠無法從身體之生物經驗以外的藥物來控制、預防或治療。
世界上沒有一種藥物或化學劑可以讓我們更健康、有適應力、更有智慧或更長壽。自然界沒有這樣的藥物或分子,除非那個分子在正常的食物中就已存在。
當我們吃得少,頭腦就會清楚一些;反之,飽食終日後,人就開始胡思亂想,造成生理、心理及靈性的困擾。
野生熊也不得癌症,然而在聖地牙哥動物園內的熊,每十隻就有七隻得癌症。因為野生熊是雜食動物,牠們吃很多野莓子,而幾乎所有的野生水果都含維他命B17。我們的食物已經遠離自然了,我們吃的水果是多年的改良 品種,已缺乏維他命B17了。

美國防癌協會的統計資料顯示,癌症為美國人的頭號殺每三人就有一人會得到癌症手(也是台灣民眾的第一死因);;若持續發展下去,到下個世紀,癌症的致病率是100%
