a) when purchase the fruits or vegetables, it have to be wash very clean and make sure it dry, no water and oil.
b) By making enzyme the best is to use Organic Oligo, honey, rock sugar and others normal sugar, due to using normal sugar the enzyme will become like alcohol and it will make you drunk (the best to use Organic Oligo + honey)


2) Making of Enzyme time
a) Fruits or vegetable it take about 2 weeks
b) Fruits or vegetable + herb it take 1 to 2 months
c) Fruits or vegetable + Organic Brown Rice Vinegar or Organic Apple
Vinegar it take 2 weeks
d) Herb + Organic Brown Rice Vinegar it take 2 months
